Jacquilla L. S. Gillette, CPBD
Was born and raised in the outskirts of the Daniel Boone National Forest of the Appalachian mountains of Kentucky. After high school she became the first person in her family to attend college. She graduated from Berea College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology Management in 1995. In 2001 she joined Razor's Edge Engineering, which was her husbands consulting firm, as a designer. Wanting to add to her technical background and improve upon her passion for architectural design she pursued and completed her certification to become Tennessee's only female Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD). She has been named preferred designer in some gated communities and developments in the area. In 2009 she took over the business as President and has broadened the company's capabilities in the engineering and recreational arenas.
William "Bill" G. Gillette, P.E.
Was born in St. Charles, Missouri where he later grew up near the Ozark mountains. After high school he pursued his education further by attending and graduating from the University of Missouri-Rolla with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1982. He received his Professional License in 1991 and currently maintains a Tennessee license. In April of 1996 he launched his own consulting firm, Razor's Edge Engineering and has used his engineering and R & D expertise to meet the special project needs of his clients. As an award-winning designer, he has experience in a broad spectrum across the engineering discipline, and is always ready and willing to take on new engineering challenges.
